Write to us
A person reads every message.
Not a form, not a queue, not a bot with a cheerful name. Email or WhatsApp both reach the same inbox, and you will hear back within one business day, Monday to Friday.
If it is about an order, include the order number and we can skip a round trip.
Write to the humans. They answer quickly. I supervise the inbox from the sofa.Caipi, Chief Shedding Officer

And this is who keeps an eye on the inbox.
Caipi is a black and white Border Collie, the face of Woof Goods, and the most energetic member of the team by a wide margin.
She does not answer email — that falls to the humans — but she insists on being present for every grooming session, every delivery and every box that gets opened.
